Palm Lakes Estates Co-op Amenities

Premiere Area

Palm Lake Estates Co-Op is within five miles of two beautiful, upscale shopping malls.

• The Gardens Mall - featuring Macy’s, Bloomingdale’s, Saks Fifth Avenue and many more shops - is just 5.2 miles north.
• The Palm Beach Mall (anchored by Burdines, Dillard’s, Lord and Taylors and J.C. Penny’s) is only 4.9 miles south.

We are conveniently located near several grocery stores including Publix and Winn Dixie, as well as a Kmart and Wal-Mart store.

Excellent health care is close by, with a state-of-the-art hospital for veterans directly across the street from Palm Lake Estates Co-Op, Columbia Hospital, St. Mary’s, and Good Samaritan and PB Gardens are all nearby.

Variety of Entertainment

Residents in Palm Lake Co-Op come from all over the United States and Canada to enjoy the affordable “country club” atmosphere.

• There are more golf courses in Palm Beach County than in any other county in Florida (with the challenging 18 hole Lone Pine Golf Course located only 1.2 miles from the neighborhood).
• The Kravis Center for the Performing Arts, featuring both local and national entertainers, is just seven miles away.
• Sports fans will enjoy being so close to several NFL, NBA and NHL star teams. Residents can enjoy spring training with both the Expos and the Cardinals (only eight and a half miles the North). The Miami Dolphins, Florida Marlins, Miami Heat, and the Florida Panthers are within an hour's drive south.
• The Palm Beach Kennel Club is only eight miles to the South.
• Weekend getaways to the Bahamas are a breeze, with the port of Palm Beach just three miles away. The Palm Beach International Airport is a 8 mile drive from the community.
• And, of course, activities of all sorts are planned within the Palm Lakes community.
  • Social Clubs organize dances, pot luck dinners, breakfasts, special dinners, and singing and dancing groups.
  • Men and Woman’s golf leagues, bowling leagues, shuffleboard, horse shoes, boccie ball, exercise classes, crafts, and bingo are available, just to mention a few..

Private Community

• Palm Lake Estates security allows residents to enjoy evening walks, bike rides and all other activities in complete confidence.
• Maintenance includes community patrol at night, High Definition TV (85+channels), and the upkeep on pools clubhouses, park streets and lighting, and all Co-Op common grounds.
• One resident in each home must be 55+ years of age and the minimum age of all others is 40.
• Pets are allowed (not to exceed 40 pounds) and visitors of any age are always welcome.
